The verse from the Qur'an reads, "Verily in the remembrance of God do hearts find rest." (13:28)
 
It is hand-written in Arabic thuluth calligraphy. It is silver on a dark-maroon backstrip. The smaller calligraphy repeated in the border at the top is written in Maghrabi Arabic script and reads, 'There is no Victor except Allah.' 
 
The multi-coloured geometric zellij-tiling design is based on the patterns found in Andalusia and Morocco.
