WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
Lote tree arts is based in Qatar. Our website will process orders with Free delivery within Qatar, but we can deliver to anywhere in the world. Please use our Contact form for international orders.
IS YOUR ARTWORK ORGINAL?
Yes, all of our artwork is original. Before our original hand-painted canvases are sold, they are scanned and photographed in a studio. High-quality prints are then re-produced and sold on our website in the Art Prints section.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN YOUR ART PRINTS AND DESIGN PRINTS?
Our Art Prints are high-quality prints of original hand-painted canvases. Our Design Prints are digitally created and then re-produced.
ARE YOU STILL PRODUCING ORIGINAL HAND-PAINTED CANVASSES?
At the moment, we are not taking any commissions.
HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENT?
At the moment, Paypal and other online payment methods are not compatible with Qatari Riyals. For this reason we only accept bank transfers. Please use the Contact form and we will send you the details for making payment and completing your order.
HOW QUICKLY IS AN ORDER SENT OUT?
We try to process, package and send your order out within 5 working days. However, the time your order takes to arrive depends on where it's being delivered.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
Lote tree arts will refund or replace any damaged items returned to us within a period of 20 days from purchase. Please email us if there are any issues, and we can provide you with a return address.
DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes, if you wish order any of our products from elsewhere in the world, please use our contact form. Once your purchase is confirmed, your orders are processed and sent to you with DHL to most places in the world. You can track the order on their website and every order is signed for upon being received.
WILL LOTE TREE ARTS PAY CUSTOMS FEES?
There is no custom fee for orders within Qatar. A custom fee is a tax sometimes charged by a country on products coming in from another country. Lote tree arts is not responsible for paying any custom fees that are placed on your orders.
ARE YOUR KISWAH PIECES AUTHENTIC?
Yes, all of our Kiswah pieces are authentic and are acquired directly from workers and cleaners at the Kiswah factory and the Grand Mosque in Makkah. These items are given to them to sell, which supports them and supplements their income.
WHY ARE YOU SELLING KISWAH PIECES?
We are selling these Kiswah pieces on behalf of the workers and cleaners at the Kiswah factory and the Grand Mosque in Makkah. These items are given to them to sell, which supports them and supplements their income.
WHERE DID YOU GET THE QURAN PAGES FROM?
Our Qur'an pages have been acquired from collectors and antique book sellers from different Muslim countries. These pages are from Qur'ans that have been partly damaged or destroyed. In order to preserve these unique pages, they are distributed to museums and collectors.
DO YOU HAVE ANY OTHER ART PRINTS FOR SALE?
Insha'Allah, over the next few months, we are planning to add to our prints and products.
WHAT IS YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY?
Lote tree arts is committed to recycling and being as eco-friendly as possible:
We have opted not to use bespoke, fancy packaging which usually ends up in the bin.
We send out our invoices by email, to reduce the amount of printing
We avoid the use of laminated, glossy paper, receipts, letters, and any metal binding.
Our products are packaged in previously used material, such as bubble wrap and plastic film.
